As a Product Designer at Plowguys, I leverage my skills in B2B, B2C, and SaaS to create user-centric solutions for snow removal services. I have streamlined the UX of both provider and customer-facing dashboards, conducted comprehensive competitive research and UX audit, and co-led the UX/UI design of a new social app funded by Plowguys.

Before joining Plowguys, I worked as a Product Designer at Materialise, where I successfully managed the UI conversion project for 140+ webpages, enabling major manufacturing corporations to utilize the new SaaS UI. I also secured a pre-sale by a key private customer after presenting a high-fidelity demo of my improved e-commerce sign-in to checkout flow design.

My passion for design stems from my background in 3D modeling and printing, which I studied at Alfred University and practiced as an engineer for four years. During that time, I initiated and executed a project to solve packaging problems by conducting user research and designing four unique packaging styles, resulting in a 325% increase in customer satisfaction.

I am looking for a full-time hybrid role on a robust and collaborative UX team working in B2B/B2C, with the goal of moving into User Experience leadership or management. I am proficient in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Miro, and Invision, and I have strong skills in user research, prototyping, user flows, usability testing, journey mapping, and storyboarding.

I received a bachelor of Fine Arts in Ceramic Arts from Alfred University and 3D Jewelry Design in Rhino 3D From Fashion Institute Of Technology. In my off time, I enjoy training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai then scouring NYC for the best gourmet ice cream.

Hi, I am Shelley.
